ANDREA ADAMS

Andrea is the Lead Coach and Director at Triumpha. She has 20 years of business    experience working within leading global blue chip organisations and SMEs. Having operated at Board level for over 10 years, she has first-hand appreciation for the ‘white space’ that coaching creates on a busy leader’s schedule by enabling them to take time out to think about and progress their important work. She helps leaders express the goals they have for themselves and their organisations and through coaching helps them to understand and use the capabilities, strengths and potential in themselves and others to achieve those goals.

She specialises in Chief Executive and top team coaching, organisation and board effectiveness.

In addition to her first degree in business studies she has a Masters degree in HR Leadership from the Rotterdam School of Management and an MBA from Warwick University. She has a keen interest in positive psychology and is a certified business coach with the World Association of Business Coaches.
